Instagram LogoIs YOUR Jesus “weak”? Live your enemies and PRAY FOR Jesus said who persecute you. What would the world look like today if we actually live that? Everyone is railing about what’s happening in the Middle East, but can any of us really fix it? We tried to fix Afghanistan for 20 years with OUR power and failed. We pull out and leave it in the hands of their leadership, who we trained and spent trillions, on and in THEIR own power they failed too. Our government makes a ton of choices many of us disagree with and we want to be “warriors” on social media yelling our loudest about all the injustice. When will we pray for our enemies and trust God to do the work? When will we pray for those who persecute (and I don’t mean pray for them to die or for God to “give ‘em what they deserve, etc.) We keep acting like we are “weak” if we don’t speak up or fight or call people out etc., but if that’s the case let me ask you this: IS YOUR JESUS WEAK? IS YOUR GOD WEAK? Because, my God is all powerful. My Jesus is all powerful. I trust Jesus and His words. My Christian brothers and sister let me as, do you? “But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be children of your Father in heaven. For he causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭5:44-45‬ ‭CSB‬‬ https://bible.com/bible/1713/mat.5.44-45.CSB #ValueDrivenCoach #LoveGodLoveOthers #TheWay #Jesus #God #LoveWins #blessed #Inspiration #Motivation #Joy #Peace #revival #housechurch #christianity #christianitytoday #reformation #orthopracy #orthodoxchristianity #christianitypost #christianity101 #progressivechristianity #christianityquotes #biblicalchristianity #christianmemes
