Yesterday I was complaining at home and really ticked off about a poor customer service situation I had just encountered with a local bank. I basically said some crappy stuff. Not to the person, but about them after hanging up and walking out the door to walk to dog. (Still not ok btw) When I got home, my wife said “hey, is what you said about them necessary? Is that really how you want to represent Jesus?” It wasn’t, and I told her she was right and thanked her for calling me out on it. Here’s the truth. It sometimes feels like it sucks to be held accountable but I’m so grateful for my wife @thereal_darakoenig because she loves me enough to remind me of the man I’m capable of being ALL THE TIME, not just in public.
