I want to ask you a question... and I want you to answer honestly. * How are you feeling right now? * We as humans are really amazing at just carrying on, getting through, pushing forward and keeping going. But if you're being honest, how are you really feeling? Do you even know what that truth is? Are you too scared to even ask yourself for fear of what you might find, and that you might dissolve into a puddle of wibble? Today, I feel encouraged to ask you... do you know how you're feeling? The world is not an easy place to navigate right now. So much is shared in front of our eyes everyday, and so much is hidden. We're being pulled more and more into a place of standing in our own truth. We're being nudged further each breath into a place of radical honesty, and having to make choices even though we no longer feel stable in the solidity of where that will lead. So how do we begin? We start by learning to trust in our own feelings. Listening to our self. Listening to what our body and soul tells us is right, rather than what we're taught to 'think' is right. And that all begins with being brave enough to ask... How Do I feel? and then listen.
