Dear friends, if you're wondering why I'm quiet... I'm ok, I'm be-ing, I'm still, I'm re-calibrating. 💕 This week has had me feeling less and less entangled with what already is, it's like I'm being rewoven from the inside out, and outside in. It's beautiful, but also painful, as I'm feeling every trauma, every pain unrecognised, every tear unshed, every word unspoken, swirling up into my energy field to be witnessed and released. I've never felt less tied to this world, and yet more invested in the beauty and magic of it. I'm simply letting myself feel, until I feel ready to do. If you’re feeling the same way too… simply be. Witness, listen, allow, let be. All feelings are allowed. Cherish yourself, this life, all that you are, all that you have been, and all that is to come.
