Trust me there will be days you don't want to do it!! On the days you don't feel like doing it think of WHY you are doing it!! For example, I do it because of my disability and people telling me I would never be able to. I do it for the underdog or person who is going through something and feel like giving up, but most importantly I do it for my family so they can see a good example of proper health!!
