You're going to have to push past being comfortable to being uncomfortable if you want to go to the next level. A ship is often docked in a harbor but that is not what it is used for. What are some of the ways you can get out of your comfort zone so you can go to the next level?

Life is about purpose and moving forward. That being said, what you did five years ago to achieve success may not be the same as what you may need to do today or years from now to achieve success. Life is fluid and always changing. It is vitally important to eat according to the body you want not for the body you have unless you are in a maintenance phase and you are happy with your physique.
Think of your health and fitness goals as a lifestyle rather than something you endure. Rome wasn't built in a day!! If you are consistent your results will come. Training for seven hours in the gym will not outlast someone who makes it a lifestyle and trains for seven years. I believe consistency and persistence of anything else are what separates the people that succeed vs. the people that fail!!
