I know we all say the year goes by fast, but wow. How are we already mid-way through December?? Instead of the monthly roundup this week, I thought it'd be fun to give you guys a practical and movement focused gift guide.

This year I've been noticing a trend of less spending on frivolous things (yay!) and fewer, but more intentional gifting. Or no gifting at all! Which is what my family is doing this year. 💛 Whatever you decide, I hope your holidays and gift giving are full of joy.
