Updates!

Welcome to the beyond postpartum edition!

I know many of you are beyond the early postpartum stages, and whether or not you'll have another child in the future, you're looking toward adventures and entering another season as a family. I feel like this is a transitional time that often can be stressful or make you feel directionless. Here are some resources that can help clear your mind and lay a solid foundation for these formative years. This edition will be a little shorter than some of the others.

Some things to read:

Something to Try: decluttering a little every day

I’ve shared the But First, Coffee Decluttering YouTube before, but it’s worth sharing here again. As we are gaining more light and looking toward Spring, I know many of us start to feel more energy for cleaning and giving things away. I love these videos: not only are they inspiring, but they are practical and totally doable, and by creating space in your environment, you’re creating room for healing.

Something to listen to: The Resource Doula Podcast episode: How to Actually Engage Your Core: 3 Tips That Will Change How You Workout

This one is a shorter episode and includes a few easy-to-implement tips for you as you think about spring and summer activities!

Something to watch: Hapa Family on YouTube

Ashley is a Montessori educator and mom and makes respectful parenting and Montessori methods really approachable in her videos! I love watching them even though I don't have kiddos yet. 😁

Something to know: If you need support or are looking for specific answers to questions, please reach out. Consider me your resource dealer. 🤓😉 If I don’t know the answer to something, I’ll point you in the direction of someone who probably does.

Thank you as always for reading, I appreciate you. Feel free to forward to a friend who might find this helpful. Or better yet, use the referral link below so your friend continues to get these emails. Get excited for next week where we talk about what to expect in menopause and beyond.

Warmly,

Natalie
