Leo Eliades is a master in that. ?Perform a #detox no more than twice a year, to get rid of any toxins that might build up in your body due exposure to chemical products in your day to day life. (DM to learn more about my detox prog which I run twice a year, since it's impossible to protect ourselves from #toxins which are pretty much everywhere (air, water, food, cosmetics) these days.) ?Reduce #EMF exposure (wifi, 4G, microwave etc) when you don't need one. Especially in the night, turn off gadgets and appliances that are not necessary. Get a landline for emergencies and place your phone in airplane mode when you are sleeping. Instagram LogoIs there a way to increase productivity, and to achieve more in a day? Yes of course! How we start our day and spend our mornings can determine how much we achieve throughout the day. If you constantly feel like you’re getting nowhere and that you struggle to achieve your goals, read on because this will help you! I will be sharing few habits to increase levels of focus and greater levels of productivity, helping you to achieve your daily goals with ease! 1. Get up early The time that we refer to as early can depend on personal preference. Personally I think that any time before 7:30 am is early. However, for the purpose of this article, getting up early is referred to as 6:00 am, ideally 5:00 am. This early morning silence is a perfect time for some reflection or mindfulness. 2. Clean environment A clean environment is extremely important to help increase productivity because an external environment really reflects your inner state of being. 3. Hydrate Water will help to re-hydrate your brain and prepare you for your day with a heightened sense of mental clarity and focus. 4. Meditation Meditation can be as simple as concentrating on your breath. Sit in a comfortable position and close your eyes. Breathe in and out as slowly as is comfortable for you. Instagram LogoJoin our FB Group for 5-Day Energize Challenge. Most of us struggle with stress, and that stress is what ends up causing fear and anxiety for us. It really robs us of our peace. Instead of dealing with our stress, we avoid it by emotionally eating or drinking too much or sometimes too less, immersing ourselves in social media or wasting hours by binge watching. It’s time to stop avoiding our stress and start dealing with it. We hear about these all the time. The death of a loved one. A divorce. The loss of a job. Financial debt Daily Stressors Many of these daily stressors aren’t really things that we can change because they’re part of our every day life. And they certainly result in chronic stress. The problem with chronic stress is our bodies end up in a constant state of fight or flight. We always have news at the tips of our fingers. We always have all types of notifications that come up on a minute by minute basis. And most times, it’s hard to limit all the information that’s consistently being fed to us. The best way that worked for me is by: ? turning off social media and email notifications ? turn on calendar and reminder notifications which are actually income producing or family time related ? answer my emails twice a day ? turn off my phone during my walks, which are meditative for me ? wind off all gadgets 2hrs before I sleep or when I want to be alone ? resolve any arguments with team members or family members on the spot, holding onto unpleasant conversations only leads to anxiety and unnecessary racing thoughts which never ends . What do you mean I’m supposed to turn completely off my phone? I won’t lie, it made me a little anxious too, but that’s exactly the point. If giving up something causes you to get nervous, it’s because you’re using it to avoid the stress in your life rather than deal with it. . . . . #yourmealmatters #stressmanagement #womenhealth #womenhealingwomen #fatigue #lowenergy #ENERGYHEALING #womeninleadership #BOSSBABE #womenceo #FEMALEENTREPRENEUR
