You have no doubt been following AI developments with ChatGP eg 4o model which are trained on large language models. What would you think about an AI coach?
What I have tried to do is improve on generic AIs by including local knowledge on cycling / triathlon / running and coaching. The result is an AI bot which can act as a coach. For example, try it with these Q&As
- I have trained for 10 days consecutively on the bike and have sore legs today and high resting HR and high TSB. How do I know when to train next, and how long to rest?
- I am a cyclist, how do I best train to improve my cycling FTP over the next month?
- I want to train on the bike 5 days a week, 1 day gym, 1 day rest. Can you suggest progressive plan starting 20miles per day. reply with a table pls.
