Your one thing today will move you closer to who you want to be. When you take the actions that move you closer to where you want to get they will give you more energy and will encourage you to continue and make the right decisions for yourself. For who needs to hear this, yes, it is okay to want to do something and it is safe to admit to yourself that you do want something. I know, I know... How can something as basic as "Drink more water" be worth mentioning... Well, because I have seen how many choose to go for coffee instead of water after hours of not drinking it. After we wake up our bodies need to be replenished with water. We just spent hours without drinking it. Many also do not know how to recognize hydration and that is mostly likely because many of us do not know how hydration feels. It can be because it is something that we have never felt before and we don't know how to recognize it. So here is my challenge for you. 1. Drink 1 glass of water after you wake up. 2. Drink your recommended amount of water for the day. 3. See how you feel through the day and at the end of the day. Let me know in the comments what differences you notice.
