I am over the moon happy - this Brand Study has taken me waaaay to long to complete, but I hope that the value you get will make it all worth it. I love deep diving into and dissecting brands, @benandjerrys has always been a brand I admired from a visual standpoint, however, when news broke in 2016 that the founders; Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield were arrested at a protest on voting rights, I peered into the rabbit hole. If you're anything like me, you invest a lot into your client relationships and perhaps even find it difficult to not take things personally at times when things don't work out. The thing is, I believe that is a direct result of incompatibility, not necessarily any fault of yours or the client. In 2019, soon after what I regard as a bad client breakup, I decided to change how I approach client relationships. This formula has helped me tremendously in curating more mindful client relationships, it's not perfect, but it's a BIG head start for anyone struggling to figure out why they seem to be having repeated negative experiences with clients.
