Have you been thinking about joining a yoga class but don’t know where to start?

I don’t know about you but I always want to hear reviews and then make my decision, if you are the same as me, you can check out my reviews on google by searching Sandhya Coyle Reviews.

In the meantime let me share with you about one of my students; Julie had fibromyalgia and knee issues, she was concerned about booking on Yoga for the Inflexible and Pilates as she was concerned that the exercises might be too strenuous and the class would be too fast paced for her.

However Julie faced her fears and after attending both sessions 👏, this is what Julie had to say:

“During the class I felt safe and secure in the fact that your teaching emphasized we are all different and to listen to our own bodies and it’s perfectly OK to rest at any time. This was music to my ears. At the end of the class. I feel stronger and more supple”.

“It's the one class that however I am feeling both physically and mentally I can come along to. In the past I have missed other classes if I have been feeling a bit fragile. Then beat myself up for not going.. This has never been the case with Sandhya’s classes

I’m so proud of Julie! Julie is no different than you!
