Back pain no more!

Here is what you need to know to get a similar or same result as Kim which is not having to deal with your back issues all day long, waking up not being in pain and actually being able to start your day in a way that makes you happy and brings you joy and makes you feel light and free! 


Here is the one of the things along with regular Pilates classes with me that Kim did that helped transform her day, it is an exercise to help strengthen her core (deep muscles in the body that helps support the back) and  it worked because she could strengthen her core safely without doing sit ups or crunches.  


This exercise called knee lifts. Go on to all 4’s, hands underneath the shoulders, knees underneath the hips and lift your knees off the floor about 2 inches (not very high).  Once you begin to shake drop your knees back down.
