That's exactly why I have started a new gentle Hatha yoga class on Tuesdays at 9.30 at the Fear Hall in Keynsham.

During the class you get the chance to focus on YOU and YOUR BODY, and discover easy-to-implement exercises that you can put into place, while you quickly make progress towards your goals.
