Have you wanted to start exercising for a while now? But never quite managed it?

We have new complete beginners exercise starting in September on Tuesdays 10.30 Stretch and tone for over 40's.
Pilates Mondays 5.45pm, Tuesdays 9.30am (Pilates for backs).
Beginners Yoga Tuesdays 11.30am and Thursdays 7pm
This will get you starting to working out regularly and create a healthy habit!
