Happy Boxing day! I hope you had a good Christmas and enjoyed the rest! 


If you’ve eaten too much and have been thinking of getting moving but then you realise you haven’t exercised in years or think you’ll exercise one day when your back is better.  Perhaps you have struggled with slipped discs, sciatica or have general back ache.

You will learn: 

✔ How to use gentle stretches to lengthen out tight muscles


✔ How to use modified Pilates exercises to strengthen your body and reduce the risk of further back pain.


✔ How to tone muscles to help support your posture that may be contributing to your back pain
