How are you doing? I don’t know about you, but I find these times quite boring and difficult sometimes. However, I do strongly feel though that meditation helps me during these challenging times and I wondered if you have managed to listen to any of the videos I sent last week? If not, and you want to get into a daily habit of meditating join me for a daily meditation practice at 12.45 Monday to Friday. These sessions are free and are a great bitesize snack before your lunch.  I will be sharing a recording of a Heart meditation focusing on connecting to our heart centre. 


The heart centre is not the actual physical heart or the mind and its emotions. Through Heart Practice we come to know and experience a steady state of being, the infinite ocean of consciousness.

There are 3 key elements to help you to use the practice at any time or occasion during the day. It is as simple as 1,2,3.

1 = Relax, 2 = Touch your heart, 3 = Smile.

BEFORE JOINING:

You will need a phone, tablet or computer with internet access,  a speaker, mic and camera.  For the best experience, a computer is strongly recommended. 


I also recommend downloading Zoom before the session (you can do that here - it’s free) You may also want to test your camera and sound to be sure that you are ready when class starts.
