Hi all, 


Have you found that since the pandemic you seem to have not got back to your usual activities due to feeling unmotivated?  Perhaps you are feeling a little low and miserable? 


It can take a while to get back to your usual self and can be challenging to get motivated so if you are looking for something easy you can do, give my Walking for Wellness course a try and you can start at the fitness level you’re at. We will be walking in different areas of Keynsham so you will have the chance to find out about walks you didn’t know about.
