Pilates & Yoga Improves Your Sense Of Balance And Coordination

As you practice Yoga or Pilates you’re also working on your sense of balance and coordination. Try lifting your heels and balance on the balls of your feet, at the same time, turn your head left and right to work even more on your sense of balance.
If you do these simple exercises once or twice a day you’ll begin to see the benefits.
