Instagram LogoTo get into this pose on it’s own is no longer a problem, my wrists are getting stronger and my technique much better. The issue is when I try to include it in a session, because my body would have sweated it gets really slippery and borderline dangerous to even get into. Decided that my workaround will be to put it at the start of my session rather than towards the end, so far it’s been working out okay. There are things you already know how to do, you’re good at them, maybe great at them even, but when you come across them in a different setting/scenario it shows up sometimes as being impossible. One truth you can anchor with is that you do have the capability, so all that’s left is to find a work-around. In your business, relationships, whatever it is, when things come up as challenging first find your anchor then a work-around if necessary. Your anchor maybe buried so deep in fear, worry, self sabotage, whatever, that you’ll conclude it’s never there. There are many many ways of working through this, and I can help you, if you let me. Instagram LogoI have two “tribes” of butterflies I get in my belly when I’m being nudged to an experience. Tribe one rises up towards my chest and gets me heady, I feel light but in a really good way. Tribe two (damn), does the opposite, it’s almost as if they start to bite my insides creating some kind of entropy like no other. These send me straight to the loo at which point...........all bets are off ? Why am I telling you these random ass stuff about myself? These are a few of the ways that I get instructions about what to pay attention to. But as with a lot of things I used to completely ignore them because I was AFRAID. To be myself, and most importantly I was afraid to be right. People will call me crazy I would convince myself. In doing so, I found myself in situations I didn’t need to be, I found myself watching things happen that I already knew and I could have helped with. I know the word healing has been thrown around quite a lot but it doesn’t negate the fact that if you are unaware of the signals you’re being sent about that business trip you’re about to embark on, that hot man you’re about to date or your iPhone that keeps saying “back up failed, back up your data now”, you’re going to pay for it dearly. The iPhone part was for me ? Healing is just a process of getting to know yourself on a much deeper level, beyond what someone tells you you are, beyond what a book and a series of stories tell you. Is there at least ONE thing you’ve noticed about yourself that prompts you when you’re being nudged wrt to an experience?
