Well that was a very busy few months, it's now nearly time to chill out at The Cool Mile, Tal Y Llyn on Saturday 28th Oct. Our final event of 2023, just 1 place left!

The High Atlas Mountains

Our January expedition is sold out, however we are looking at offering an altitude trail running camp in March/April, with trail runs between 2000m and 4000m above sea level.

2024 Event Dates

We're working hard to get everything in place in order to confirm next year's dates. There's a lot of resources, planning, permissions, and local co-ordination to line up - once all is confirmed we will let you know.

One that is confirmed, and open for entries, is a special North to South guided traverse of The Welsh 3000s on Sat 27 April - full info & booking.

Look out for an update on all our 2024 dates, and entries opening sometime in November.

Swimrun Championships

It was an honour to have Dyfi X Swimrun become a qualifier for the My Swimrun Championships 2024 (to be held in Portugal, May 2024). A full list of the ranking points are here.

The final race of the 2023 championships is at Swimrun Hydra in Greece on 25 November - it looks like an excellent race location.
