Hi everyone,
I hope you had an awesome week. Happy almost New Year. (If you use the solar calendar and aren't Jewish, Celtic, etc..) So, this week I got some exciting news that I'll be working as a VA doing project management, organization, and social media marketing. I'm really excited about it. Oh, and I'm currently pet sitting 2 super cute cats this weekend. I hope you've all enjoyed the countdown to Christmas event. If you haven't entered yet, the last raffle is going on right now, so don't forget to check out the raffle copter. And a reminder that there are $100 worth of Amazon gift cards up for grabs for this one. You can check out the raffle copter here for your last chance to win:
On the writing front, I posted the edited version of episode 6 for "Poisoned by Love's Bite". I'll post the original episode 6 next week. And the next episode of "Snow's Captive." will be out around Monday or Tuesday of next week.
My behind-the-scenes look at my writing for this week is take time to live so you can write. Traveling and living are such a big part of my writing whether it's sprinkling in personality traits from people I've met to bring a character to life or adding in a really cool piece of scenery I saw on a trip to Japan and making it magical for my fantasy world. Heck, even reading other books or going on social media will sometimes spark my imagination, but I can't do that if I'm cooped up all day every day writing, and sometimes I have to remind myself of that.
That's all I've got for you this week. I just have one more question for you.
Do you have any New Year's resolutions?
I tend to set the bar way too high for New Year's Resolutions, so my goal is to create more attainable goals for myself I guess. That's all for now.
Have a great day and stay safe.
Sincerely,
Julia
