The way of egusi and AI

Hey there...

So...

Yesterday, I was doing two kinds of cooking.

One involved my rather special brand of egusi.

Mashed up hake, shrimps, snails, clams, and Jumbo Prawns...

Let's just say...

It's one of my happy places...

Anyways...

The other involved helping a client create her very first WayTool.

And the more I think about it, the more I realise the two have something rather interesting in common.

You see...

You can give someone the ingredients for a pot of egusi.

You can even give them a recipe.

But knowing what to look for...

when to make adjustments...

and how to tell when everything is just right?

THAT comes from experience.

It's the judgment you've developed from doing something repeatedly until much of what you do becomes almost second nature.

And here's the interesting bit.

That same kind of judgment is hiding inside the work you do every day.

Except you've probably never thought of it as an asset.

Let me explain.

My client had missed our recent WayTools workshop, so we'd arranged a private session using her personalised, licensed WayTool Factory.

And if you don't know what a Waytool Factory is...

It's a WayTool For Making WayTools...

The goal was simple.

Turn something she knew into something other people could actually use.

Except, as she quickly discovered, creating a genuinely useful WayTool isn't simply a matter of asking AI to build something.

You have to THINK.

What problem are we solving?

What questions matter?

What distinctions help someone make a better decision?

AI will happily do your thinking for you if you let it.

But I think you'd be shortchanging yourself if you allowed it to replace the judgment you've spent years developing.

Anyway, two or three hours later, there it was.

Her very first WayTool.

An assessment designed to help people make decisions they'd been struggling with for quite some time.

She was absolutely thrilled.

And I could understand why.

But here's what I found particularly significant.

We hadn't simply created an assessment. We'd turned a piece of her judgment into an asset.

Before yesterday, anyone wanting the benefit of that judgment would probably have needed to speak to her.

She'd ask questions, listen, apply her experience and help them arrive at a decision.

Then repeat the process for the next person.

But now?

She had something that could potentially help people make those decisions without requiring her personal involvement every time.

And THAT is the distinction.

Your judgment and your presence are not the same asset.

Yet most of us have spent our professional lives treating them as though they were.

Want my expertise? Book my time.

Want my judgment? Hire me.

Want my insights? Attend my workshop.

Which means the value we deliver remains constrained by how often we can personally show up.

But what if you could change that?

What if you could take just ONE valuable piece of your judgment and turn it into something other people could use without you?

An assessment.

A diagnostic.

A decision-making process.

Something that makes your wisdom usable beyond your personal presence.

And no...

This is not about courses...

Courses don't do that...

Now, here's where yesterday became even more interesting.

While helping my client turn HER judgment into an asset...

we were using a Factory into which I'd already codified aspects of MY judgment about creating WayTools.

We were using codified judgment to help codify judgment.

And later that evening, after the egusi had been dealt with...

rather successfully, I might add...

I finished another WayTool I'd promised you.

One designed to help you begin that same journey.

Because here's something I've come to recognise.

Most experts don't have a shortage of valuable knowledge. They have a shortage of recognised, usable assets.

You know how to solve problems other people struggle with.

You recognise patterns they miss.

You know which questions to ask.

You can often see what's going wrong before your client even understands the problem.

But because much of this comes so naturally to you...

You may not recognise it as something you could turn into an asset.

Rather like the little judgments that go into making a particularly good pot of egusi.

And that's precisely what I want to help you change.

Not by giving you another mountain of information.

But by helping you discover what's already there.

Which brings me to the gift I've put together for you.

The complete WayTool Manifesto Kit.

Its purpose is very specific.

To help you identify ONE promising opportunity to turn the knowledge, experience and judgment you already possess into an asset other people could use.

Here's what I want you to walk away with:

Notice what we're NOT trying to do.

We're not building your entire business.

We're not automating everything you know.

And we're certainly not asking AI to replace your thinking.

We're looking for ONE valuable piece of your judgment that deserves to become an asset.

That's it.

And I've packaged three things to help you do precisely that.

1. The WayTool Manifesto

To help you understand the opportunity to turn your wisdom into assets that produce valuable outcomes.

2. The Hidden Asset Finder™

An actual WayTool designed to help you uncover promising asset opportunities hiding in your existing expertise.

3. The Instruction Manual

To guide you through using the tool, understanding what you discover and exploring your next steps.

Together, they help you move from merely understanding the opportunity to discovering what YOU could actually create.

Now, downloading the kit won't magically produce a finished, commercially proven WayTool.

That's another piece of work.

But it can help you answer the question that comes first.

What valuable piece of my existing judgment is worth turning into an asset?

And once you've got a compelling answer to THAT question, you're no longer staring at AI wondering what on earth you should build.

You've got somewhere meaningful to begin.

So here's what I'd like you to do.

Download the kit.

Open the Hidden Asset Finder.

And use it to uncover ONE valuable asset opportunity hiding inside the work you already do.

If you already have the Manifesto, download the complete kit anyway.

The Hidden Asset Finder and its Instruction Manual are the additional gifts I promised you.

And please feel free to share it with anyone who might benefit.

Because here's what I want you to remember.

You may not need to acquire more expertise to create more value.

You may simply need to recognise the value that's already hiding in what you know.

After all, you've spent years developing your judgment.

What if your next valuable asset is hiding inside something you already do almost without thinking?

Go find out.

Till tomorrow

Be dangerously useful

Get out of your own way.

P.S. A second cohort of the WayTools Workshop is coming soon for those who'd like help actually building their first tool. But you don't have to wait until then to discover what might be worth building. That's precisely why I've given you the Hidden Asset Finder. [Get your complete free kit here.]
