I've been working on something quietly.

And before I put it anywhere else, I wanted the people on this email list to see it first.

It's called:

The WayTool Manifesto™

And I'm going to make a fairly big claim about it.

I think a lot of experts are about to discover that the thing they have spent years selling is becoming dramatically less scarce.

I'm talking about Information.

AI can explain..

Summarise.

Draft.

Compare.

Generate ideas.

Write the first version.

And increasingly, build the software too.

So if your primary value is:

"I know things other people don't know…"

you may have a problem.

Because increasingly, people can know a surprising amount by simply asking.

But there is something AI abundance is making more valuable.

And that thing is something i refer to as: Judgment.

Judgement is...

Knowing what matters here.

Knowing what to ignore.

Knowing which variable changes the answer.

Knowing when the normal rule does not apply.

Knowing what should happen next.

That is the argument at the centre of this manifesto.
