Hi everyone!
I'm coming to you on a Wednesday this week with a fun email and an update on our next email series! I hope those of you who celebrated the 4th of July had a safe and fun holiday. 🎆
Can you believe July is already here? As much as I don't want to say it, we're in the second half of the year. Here's a little reminder of we've been so far in 2023:
- January: Mindful Movement in Mere Minutes Cohort #1! Podcasts with Kelly & Tiffany as well as Dr. Fogelson released
- February: Lots of local workshops + a podcast with Amanda Montalvo!
- March: Women's Health Newsletter Series that y'all LOVED + 3 podcasts that you guys really enjoyed - Andy Bryant, Julianne Nilsson, and Rachel & Mary on midwifery in Alaska.
- April: 5-Day Mindful Movement Challenge, local Baby Fair booth event, podcast with Let's Talk Babywearing, cohort #2 for the Mindful Movement in mere Minutes course! (busiest month!)
- May: Back to Basics Newsletter Series, Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist Certification got bumped to October, Moms Matter Now podcast
- June: Summer sorta started (😆), podcast episodes with Lily Nichols and Dr. Stu released
So here we are in July! We've got half a year left in 2023. What's happening in the next 6 months? Here's what you can look forward to:

Our next series is going to be an 8-week series on simple health tips that will carry us through the end of August. We'll be working our way through timeless health advice that actually has science backing it up! Things like...

- Nutrition advice from your grandma
- Birth & postpartum care
- Teeth & oral health
- Sleep
- Movement & exercise
