What Are You Great At?

What's the first thing that comes to mind?

Note: if you're going through one of those "I suck at everything" phases...you know, if you're in a serious rut and you're feeling sorry for yourself, you don't get a pass here.

And it's not because I don't feel for you (I've been there...and I still visit there once in awhile). It's because you are great at somethng. We all are.

Why am I asking?

Because you need to target your next job-or a business you'd like to own, based on what you're great at. I'll give you some examples.

If you're great with numbers, is there something you can do for an employer that could prove valuable?

Maybe your math ability can lead to cost savings of $35,000 a year!

Another example would be if you're great at presenting.

Is there a job or a business where your great presentation skills could really shine-and the company or the your business could benefit from...a lot?

Suggestion: instead of a general search for that "perfect" job or "perfect" franchise business opportunity, start with your best skill and look to match it with a company you'd like to work for-or a business you may want to own. See if there's a match! And look for opportunities where others aren't looking. Like Facebook Groups. LinkedIn Groups. Etc.

Big Diff

If you are looking for a way to get into business for yourself, please be aware of the differences between franchise opportunities and business opportunities. There are several differences you need to know about!

One more thing.

When I was about 12 years old, my parents purchased a drum set for me. I took lessons and even had a couple of bands. Anyway...

I'm going to buy a drum set this year. I need a new hobby, and I loved playing the drums as a kid. So you care why?

Hey...even if you don't care, there's something I want you to see.

It came up on YouTube (because I'm subscribed to a few drum channels).

Because if he can do it...
