Yes, I was struggling to build my team with zero manpower when I joined Financial Alliance (Official) Many choose to join a more establish team instead. Even when I managed to recruit, I was not able to train them to reach MDRT like me. And there was even once I lost one of my producer due to a misunderstanding. I was lost and even doubt if I am suitable to be a leader. These days my team is made up with a mix of talents from all ages: We have compliance officers We have Engineers We have Accountants from Big 4 and a VP Operations & Control (Finance) from MNC We have Certified Yoga Teachers, Piano Teachers, Tuition Teachers and Fresh Grads. We have ex-Bankers, ex-Tied Agents and from other FAs We even have sportswomen who won our Singapore first SEA Game Lawn Bowling. Yet with half of the size of the largest team in the company, we still emerge Top.
