The key role is to enhance the overall experience of our client from serving their existing need and also attracting new clients for the team. *Job Descriptions* 1. Policy Servicing like Update of Client’s Details, Change of Payment Mode or Frequency, Policy Summary, Product Comparison, Preparing of Quotation and Paperwork, Process Renewal and Claims. 2. Creating Social Media Posting and Newsletter. 3. Event Organizing and any other ad-hoc things that can create better Client Experience. *Requirements* 1. Willing to learn and improve ways of doing things. 2. Eye for details 3. Can work independently and love technology. *Benefits* 1.
