1-2-3: On Taking Action
1 Idea
- Reality Responds to Action.
Every time you take action, the circumstances change, and new opportunities are created.
Our actions today build our future.
2 Questions
- What needs to happen so you cultivate a bias toward action?
- Does the size of actionable steps matter? Small and consistent or big and sporadic?
3 Actions
- Choose one of your goals or projects. What has to happen for you to be happy and satisfied with the improvements in 7 days? What is one thing you can do today to get closer? Then Do that.
- If you are ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work, watch this video (5:32). I recorded it for one of my coaching programs a few years ago.
- That program came with a quick and easy-to-follow workbook. Download the enhanced and updated version here (10 page PDF).
What types of similar resources or tools allowed you to do take more action? I want to know. Hit reply and tell me about them.
