3- Outsource with intent
You don’t need a VA army.
But offloading even 5–10 hours a week to a capable assistant (onshore or offshore) can change your capacity overnight.
You focus on the high-trust, high-leverage stuff.
Matt did all three.
Now he makes more, works less, and—most importantly—has space to grow again.
