Evening lovely

A moment of calm just for you đź’–

Just take a breath…

In through your nose.

Pause.

And let it go, breathing out through your nose.

It those little moments of calm that often get us through the day.

But what if you’ve left it too long?

Burnout strips away your sense of self.

I discovered this over three brutal encounters with it.

Why am I the person to help bring some calm to this chaos you call life?

My answer wasn’t something I’d learned from a book; it was carved from my own experiences.

I’ve faced burnout three times in 25 years—each time, in a different way. The first time, I was 18, and burnout threw me into the hospital. I lost two stone during a 10-day NHS stay. I was a nationally ranked athlete, yet I left the hospital in my dad’s arms, unable to stand. The physical toll was staggering, but it was just the beginning.

The second time, burnout came for my mind. I was overworked, overwhelmed, and utterly lost in the endless demands of my career in education. I became a shadow of myself, unable to even choose between tea or coffee some days. The mental fatigue was suffocating, and it took professional help to pull me back from the brink.

The third time was in 2020, following a miscarriage. This was the most profound. It wasn’t just about recovering my body; I had to find my way back to a version of myself that felt so distant. Simple tasks felt monumental, and the emotional flood was unmanageable. But with time, and with help, I slowly began to heal.

These experiences have taught me that burnout is not a simple state of fatigue. It’s a complete collapse of everything you know—physically, mentally, and emotionally. And once you’re there, no amount of knowledge or tools can pull you out alone.

This is why I extend my hand to you now, before you reach that point. Let’s navigate this together. You don’t have to face burnout alone.

This is the reason for the rediscover your radiant health retreat đź’–
