Well, it’s looking a bit grey and gloomy outside 🙄
Does the weather influence how you feel?
It’s always easier to smile when the sun is out and the sky is blue.
So how do you manage on the darker days?
You need to give the body what it needs, right?
You need to give your body the energy and resources it needs, especially when it feels hard.
You see your body’s craves balance, it strives for homeostasis.
You just need to support it.
What works for me on those days where being ‘bright and breezy’ is a little more difficult, is I listen to, watch or read something that makes me laugh.
Because laughter lights up parts of the brain that make you feel good.
It has a relaxing and calming effect.
