7 Days to go!

Morning lovely

I know this is an early one, but I've been awake since 5!

Yeah... what is that all about?

So, I have a question for you...

Does people pleasing damage your health?

As a driven entrepreneur, founder or small business owner it is likely that you try to please everyone, but when you do this, to feel that people appreciate you, that they like you, it’s actually detrimental to your health.

In your pursuit of pleasing others, you likely;

👀 Are on your phone ALL the time

👀 Work evenings

👀 Work on the weekend

Now sometimes this is necessary, BUT this is not a long term strategy.

In fact if this is how you are living, your’ll probably be experiencing overwhelm, exhaustion, and irritability.

Which means you are probably;

💥 Overworking

💥 Taking your stress out on your family

💥 Having trouble sleeping- 3 o’clock should only be seen once a day!

Stop right now and take a look at your life, what is this way of being costing you?

Because when you are not at your best, neither is your business, or your interactions with clients and customers and as for your family and social life… well that feeling of not enoughness is hitting you right in the feels.

So, what can you do?

✔ Stop seeking external approval and appreciation.

YOU are the only person that can change how you feel… so start appreciating yourself!

You know what WILL help you?

👌 Setting boundaries

👌 Enjoying your business and life again

👌 Making better choices

Essentially putting you first.

Often this starts with recentering yourself and finding your inner calm, because you know that when you are calm, things seem easier.

Start right now.

Close your eyes, breathe in deeply, and visualise a beautiful place, somewhere that you love, feel the releasing of all tension with each exhale.

If you’d like a little more calm in your chaos, then please join us at the Rediscover Your Radiant Health Retreat.
