A week ago we gathered… and what a start it was

I can’t believe it’s been a week since our very first Pilates Brunch Live!


It was a beautiful morning filed with mindful movement, laughter, and the kind of connection that stays with you long after the mats are rolled up.


Whether you were with us in the room or supporting from afar, I’m so grateful for your presence.

As we move into a new week, I wanted to share three gentle wellness tips to carry with you:


1. Move with compassion, not urgency.

Take just 10 minutes today to stretch or walk with presence. Let your body lead, there’s no rush, no goal, just space to feel.


2. Bookend your day with stillness.

Try a few nasal breaths in the morning (inhale 4, exhale 8), and a simple body scan before bed. These quiet moments change everything.


3. Choose food that feels like care.

Forget “perfect” eating — tune into what nourishes you. Think colour, variety, and joy on your plate.


Remember: Your wellness is not a performance, it’s a practice.
