This newsletter is going to be a bit different from than the ones I typically write. Instead of writing about a particular topic, I'm going to share a few links and resources that might be interesting for you.

It was either that or write about the art of product management in a large B2B enterprise.

First off, the Agile Alliance folks produced a 16-page report on agility in businesses that was featured in the Times of London. It looks at things from a few angles and if you're looking for some information to make a case as to why continued growth in agility is important, this might help. Also, if you suspect that things aren't all they seem, this report might help give you clues as to where some areas of improvement are.

Next, for all my engineering leaders and aspiring leaders. There's a free conference coming up that is hosted by a community I'm part of. They're a small group called Dev Interrupted, and they're really focused on technical leadership. Anyway, the conference is going to feature a number of speakers from companies like Netflix that are going to talk through topics like hiring, leadership, technical excellence, etc. I attended last year, and there were more than a few interesting talks.
