A little bit ago I put online that I was offering 5 1-hour resume consultations. I had 4 people sign up in 24 hours and have completed all of those consultations. At the end I said, "I'm going to ask you to pay whatever you feel this was worth."

I was pleasantly surprised when people paid!

This was all a test for me to see if there was value in my ability to help people with their resumes. Some of you have already had that help, but I want to turn it into a class. Since people signed up and paid me, I'm thinking that's a strong indicator that people will find value in a class.

So without further ado, I'm planning to launch "Your $10k Resume" before the new year.

I want people to leave that class with the following impacts:

1. Building a resume that dramatically increases the number of interviews
2. Using your resume to position yourself for a raise or promotion
3. Leveraging your resume to negotiate up to $10,000 extra in compensation

I'll keep you all updated with where things are headed, but let me know what you think and what you'd want from Your $10k Resume!

Years ago, I worked with a team, and they showed some remarkable results after I suggested some pretty bold changes.

On that team, there was one person who continued to work the way they always did.

The team was frustrated with them and eventually exhausted themselves, trying to get them to participate.

The whole team went back to the way they did things before.
