This Weeks Topic: Managing Stress Like a Navy Seal

Here's how you can hack your biology to manage stress like a Navy Seal.

With this simple technique, you can go from panic to calm in a few minutes.

Box breathing is a way to take yourself out of "fight or flight" (sympathetic nervous system) and and activate your "rest and digest"

How to:

Breathe in for 4 seconds

Hold for 4 seconds

Breathe out for 4 seconds

Hold for 4 seconds

Repeat as long as necessary

Benefits:

-Relaxes you

-Improves cognitive performance

-Prepares you for other stressful situations

A good referral for me is someone in upper management in CS, HR, Sales or Learning and Development.

If they become a customer, I will donate an additional $100 to the charity of your choice as part of my referral program.

Thanks for considering, let me know if you have any questions.
