Welcome to the inaugural edition of the Stress Less and Get More Done Newsletter !
Each week I send you a video and blog post on a similar topic that will help you stress less and get more done.
This Weeks Topic: How to cut down on Email
FYI: The irony isn't lost on me that I'm sending you an email, about spending less time on email
We spend 96 Workdays a year on email, here are some simple ways to get more time back.
Here 5 simple ways to reduce your inbox time and spend less time “working”:
- Don’t start your day on email (Instead, spend the first 30-60 minutes working on something important)
- Don’t use your inbox as your to do list (Even a piece of paper is better)
- Make a rule that sends anything with “unsubscribe” to a folder (This will cut your inbox load significantly, check it at the end of the day)
- Disable your email notifications (They distract you and suck you back in)
- Check Email at Certain Intervals (every 90 minutes/3 times a day/etc)

P.S. Want to donate 500 Meals to people in need?
I am running a drive for October, for every referral I will donate $50 to Feeding America, this purchases 500 meals for people in need.
A good referral for me is someone in upper management in CS, HR, Sales or Learning and Development.
If they become a customer, I will donate an additional $100 to the charity of your choice as part of my referral program.
Thanks for considering, let me know if you have any questions.
