As many as 70% of people will deal with imposter syndrome at some point in life. This is a form of negative self talk that I struggled with as well.
Stop listening to that inner critic because it can hold you back from what you really want. If you think of your thoughts as helpful and unhelpful instead of true or false, some good things will start happening.
