Hey !, welcome to this weeks issue.

This Weeks Topic:

How to make your day and someone else's better, for free, in under a minute

This is a minimalist issue, because I want you to take action here.

With so much negativity in the world, it can be easy to feel down and discouraged.

I have a challenge for you that will take about a minute, wont cost you anything and will make your day and someone else's better.

Here's your one minute assignment:

Think of someone who has helped out out in life. It can be as simple as a boss who believed in you, a coach that gave you a chance or a family member who has been good to you.

When you have them in mind. Reach out to them and say thanks. Call them, text them, whatever you want, just express your gratitude to them.

Here's what will happen.

You are going to make their day, and you will feel better.

I think it's easy to complicate things, so just give this a shot and report back on how it went.

I appreciate anyone who reads this content, it's helped me stay centered and focused on what's important.

So thanks, and have a great week.
