Gratitude is being intentionally thankful for what you have in life. This can reset your happiness baselines and rewire your brain to see the bright side more often. 


How To Practice Gratitude:

  • Write down 3 things you are grateful for each day at the same time
  • Try to pick 3 new things each day
  • Try to do it for 30 days in a row
  • Bonus: Reach out to someone who has helped you in life, give them a call and thank them. It could very well make their day, and yours.
