Candidate and PCO filing begins May 6thRunning for office? Filing period May 6-10, 2024Online: May 6th beginning at 8:00am and must be submitted by 5:00 pm on May 10th. The online form will be available here on May 6: https://clark.wa.gov/elections/ In person: 1408 Franklin Street, Vancouver In-person filings beginning at 8 am on Monday, May 6th through 5 pm, Friday, May 10th By mail: Clark County Elections, PO Box 8815, Vancouver, WA 98666 Mail filings accepted starting April 22nd through May 10th, however, they will be held and not processed until the beginning of candidate filing week. 2024 Precinct Committee Officer - Candidate Filing Information During the 2024 candidate filing period, Declaration of Candidacy forms will be accepted for the 355 Democratic and 355 Republican Precinct Committee Officer positions for the Primary being held on August 6, 2024. To file a declaration of candidacy with the County Auditor, you must declare membership of a major political party on your candidate filing form and you must be registered to vote in the precinct in which you file. Once elected in the Primary, the Precinct Committee Officer shall serve as long as they remain an eligible voter within the precinct (RCW 29A.80.041).
