Please note that this today's Saturday Bootcamp with EVOL Body Wellness will start at 9:00am (instead of 9:30am).

Here are the details:

🗓 Date: This Saturday, September 21

⏰ Time: 9:00AM sharp

📍 Location: 9000 Virginia Manor Road, Beltsville, MD **we'll be in the parking lot area that's to the left of the actual gym -- you'll see people walking**

👶 Kids are welcome, just bring a chair to keep them comfy while you work out!

This bootcamp is FREE and designed for all fitness levels. It's also a VERY safe, judgement free and welcoming environment... I promise.
