Hi ,
Today, we’re focusing on nourishing your body with a healthy, wholesome meal.
Whether you cook or order in, make sure your meal is nutritious and enjoyable. And don’t feel bad about ordering out… if that makes life easier for you, then do it. I just ask that you select a clean, whole meal that includes vegetables and protein, and not a lot of fat or salt.
Eating mindfully matters too. This shouldn’t be an on-the-go dining experience. Have a seat at a table, savor each bite, and appreciate how it makes you feel.
Today’s reminder: What you eat fuels not just your body, but your spirit too.
