Welcome to Day 3 of putting YOU First! How are you feeling?


Today’s challenge is simple but SO powerful: eating alone. This isn’t just about having a meal by yourself — it’s about really nourishing yourself.


Here’s why it matters:

Mindful eating has been shown to improve digestion, reduce overeating, and increase satisfaction with your meals (Harvard Health). Eating alone, without distractions, allows you to focus on the food and the moment.

Your Task:

  • Enjoy a solo meal: Whether it’s lunch, dinner, or a snack, sit down by yourself, enjoy the food, and really be present. No distractions — just you and the food that's nourishing your body.
