Today’s challenge is all about moving your body — and I’m not just talking about physical benefits. Exercise has the power to change how you feel mentally too. Here’s why it matters:
Studies show that regular physical activity not only improves your physical health but also reduces anxiety, depression, and stress (Harvard Medical School). Just 30 minutes of exercise can make a huge difference.
Your Task:
- Work out for 30 minutes: You can follow a YouTube workout video or do something you love — walking, yoga, dancing. Just move... I LOVE Juice & Toya.
Pro Tip: Set a goal to break a sweat.
Why It Matters: Exercise is a form of self-care because it helps you release stress, improve your mood, and feel more energized — and as a busy mom, you need all the energy you can get!
