✨ Today is Day ONE: Imagine Your Perfect Day!

Jan 19, 2025 11:31 am

Hi ... welcome to Day 1 of the Put YOU First Challenge!

I'm elated and thankful that you're here, and don't want to waste any time

Day 1 of the challenge is about visualizing your best life — it’s about creating a vision so powerful that it sets you on the right track for the whole challenge. Here’s why this is so important:

Research shows that visualization can increase your chances of achieving

your goals by up to 1.4x (Psychology Today). When you can clearly picture

the life you want, you’re more likely to take the necessary steps to make it

happen.

Your Task for today:

  1. Write out your perfect day: Think about everything you want. What would your ideal day look like if you could have it all?
  2. Make a plan: After you write your perfect day, figure out the steps you need to take to start making it a reality. Break it down into actionable tasks.

Quick Insight: When you visualize something, your brain can actually treat it as if it’s already happening, boosting your confidence and commitment.

Here’s how this ties into putting YOU first:

By starting with a clear plan, you’re making yourself a priority. This isn’t just about wishful thinking — it’s about actively taking steps toward what matters most to you.

Need Help?

Check out this video. It's not a blueprint to mapping out your perfect day. But it IS a high level view of how taking steps to create your dream day can turn into a dream life.

Final Thoughts:

I want you to go beyond just writing down your vision. You have to own it. This challenge is your moment to take control. Think about how you’ll feel when you’re living the life you imagined today.

Once you’re done, take a moment to share it with us in the GroupMe community. We’re here to support each other! Join the GroupMe here: https://groupme.com/join_group/103468005/DfIlo3h6
