The Last Lap
If you have followed Formula 1 for any length of time, you will be familiar with the numerous attempts by various "characters" announcing the launch of an F1 team that never actually hits the track. Motorsport.com have a great list of five failed Formula 1 entries that never made it to the grid that makes for interesting reading. I remember really hoping the USF1 entry would succeed.
