One year in and the results speak for themselves:

• Deficit doubled

• Highest food inflation in the G7

• 2nd highest unemployment in the G7

• Not a single pipeline approved

• Homebuilding down 15%

• Immigration system still a disaster

• Violent crime surging in our cities

And people are angry.

They should be.

But here's the truth nobody wants to say out loud:

This is the system working exactly as designed.

Carney didn't stumble into a central banking career and then a Prime Minister's office by accident. He is the system. He was at Goldman Sachs. He ran the Bank of Canada. He ran the Bank of England. He sat at every table where these decisions were made long before he ever ran for office.

And yet people are surprised by the results.

The frustration you feel right now is valid.

But if you're waiting for the next election to fix it — you're still playing their game.

Because the real problem was never the politician.

It was the dependency.
